Neil H. Tofsky

Neil H. Tofsky is President, Chief Operating Officer, and founding partner of Senterra Real Estate Group, L.L.C., a commercial real estate company dedicated to leasing, property management, project development, construction management, consulting/brokerage, property acquisition, and development of a multitude of real estate projects, including both public and private undertakings.
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Senterra Real Estate Group, Mr. Tofsky is directly
involved in all facets of asset management for over 6 million square feet of
Senterra Real Estate Group managed, leased, or owned properties including; finance, property
management, and operations. Mr. Tofsky has been a leader in repositioning real estate assets for maximum returns for a multitude of institutional investors in the Southwest.
During more than twenty years of success in the Houston real estate market, Mr. Tofsky has been directly involved in the lease transactions for approximately 12 million square feet of office space with a value of approximately $1.25 billion dollars in Houston's Central Business District and Greenway Plaza.
Mr. Tofsky, as a former part owner and board member of Leisure Management Group, has become involved in numerous arena/stadium transactions and professional sports franchise representation including negotiating the most lucrative naming rights agreement ever consummated for a baseball stadium on behalf of the Houston Astros in their 1999 deal for Minute Maid Park.
Mr. Tofsky has also been a key contributor on development projects during his tenure at Century Development and Senterra Real Estate Group which consist of numerous high-rise office buildings, parking garage structures, and numerous interior construction projects, including the 71-story Wells Fargo Bank Building, 50-story Enron Tower, Houston Design Center, and renovations of numerous lobbies and public areas for buildings at Greenway Plaza.
Beginning in 1981, Mr. Tofsky served as Vice President of Marketing for Greenway Plaza, and in 1989 he took over direction of all activities of the $500 Million, 127-acre mixed-use development encompassing 10 office towers, the Renaissance Houston Hotel, the Houston City Club athletic and dining facility, a 100,000 square-foot shops at Greenway Plaza retail facility, and the Compaq Center Sports Arena Ð home to the World Champion Houston Rockets.
In 1989, Mr. Tofsky handled one of the largest real estate transactions ever
consummated in Houston with the expansion and extension of the Coastal
Corporation lease for approximately 650,000 square feet in Greenway Plaza.
Other outstanding companies that Mr. Tofsky has leased space to include AIM
Management Group, Inc. (500,000 RSF), M.W. Kellogg (450,000 RSF), Sonat/El Paso
Energy (400,000 RSF), Reliant Energy (350,000 RSF), Mobil Oil (250,000 RSF),
Parsons Engineering (250,000 RSF), Occidental Chemical Corporation (200,000 RSF), Prudential Insurance (200,000 RSF), Traveler's (100,000 RSF), AT&T (75,000 RSF), Exxon (75,000 RSF), Pogo Producing Company (75,000 RSF), GroupMAC (65,000 RSF), BISYS, Inc. (60,000 RSF), CompuBank (60,000 RSF), and International Bank of Commerce (60,000 RSF).
Prior to the formation of Senterra Real Estate Group, L.L.C., Mr. Tofsky served as Vice President and Director of Marketing of Century Development from 1979-89. Preceding Century, he served as Director of Marketing at A.G. Spanos
Mr. Tofsky is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and a member of Urban Land Institute.
Graduating magna cum laude from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Mr. Tofsky was named to "Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities" for two years consecutively.
